Order RECEIVED. I added another two stars to my previous 2 stars as promised. Although the order took more than 5 weeks to be delivered, Simply Electronics are simply the cheapest electronics online shop. Having said that, although my patience was to its extent, it was worth waiting this period. Also, their customer care always replied to my calls and emails within a day or two. So they deserve a four star rating... Also, I think I might buy again - hopefully, I receive it within the stipulated delivery timeframe. I am still checking the items as I am waiting for the batteries to charge... but everything seems fine.
My suggestion to everyone out there is to have a little bit of patience if you can't afford to pay for a higher price (and better service). Simply Electronics is genuine but it seems that there are some minor problems which result in customers canceling their order.

5 weeks ago (04/02/13) I placed an order for a camera + flash and it hasn't been dispatched yet. I called many times and sent emails to their customer care. They never gave me definite answers but always assured me that I will get my order once it is dispatched. It has been a very terrible experience with this order. After this time I was seriously considering to cancel my order.
(To say it all, on 06/02/13 I placed my second order for memory cards. I received it within a week. So I got more worried when the first order wasn't even dispatched.)
Around a week ago I contacted KwikChex and explained the situation with my order. It has been "Order awaiting dispatch" for about 20 days. After 5 days or so of communication they told me that one item was missing in the warehouse and the order will be ready for dispatch tomorrow (12/03/13). To compensate for the delay they will add a free gift. Better late than never.
If SE keep their word and dispatch it tomorrow, I will raise 2 stars as a sign of understanding. If they don't send it this week, I will cancel the order and definitely remove a star. I will update this post once I have more updates.
