Despite initial reservations, as I had never heard of this company, they were the cheapest so I went ahead. The booking was easy, emailed me all the pick up details, only problem I had was the van would not start - they had to disengage the immobiliser again remotely.
Van was clean and tidy, and quite economical (35mpg approx). Slight niggles - the damage report in the van was not up to date, and I had to phone again to record the actual panel damage before setting off; plus the fuel filler flap was broken and the interior lights didn't work (not clever when working at night!). Also the nearside front tyre had a nail in the tread - needs looking at soon.
Clever technology, and subject to them tidying up the niggles with the van I would use it again.
