I started my diet last year before xmas. The price and the fact I don't have to go to meetings attracted me. I lost a stone in weight by doing the diet and excercising with my yogalatees dvd (yoga mixed with palates). I also had a small meal avoiding potatoes & bread. I stopped at xmas and allowed myself to enjoy the excesses so did gain half a stone which was to be expected. Have been doing the diet again for 2 weeks and have lost that half stone gain. I hope to be able to lose at least another half stone in the next 2 weeks. All my friends have noticed the difference. The cost of the diet is more than covered by the reduction in my food shop. Start weight 12 stone 4 lbs, present weight 11 stones. Target weight 10 stones.
