I have now completed my first week on diet chef.
I'm enjoying most of the food, and making a note of the dishes i want to change before my next order. That's not a criticism of the food, just personal taste.
The meals are surprisingly filling.
I'm a little disheartened, considering my strict commitment to the plan, eating less calories than the BMI calculator recommended, and doing 4 lots of exercise sessions this week .. the scales haven't moved.
I suppose reading other people's experiences saying they lost some Ilbs after their first week i had high expectations.
Anyway, on to week two. Lets see...
Really pleased to have got my front seat ticket to see my childhood idol Olivia Newton John at the Albert Hall through 88tickets.com this week.
Now - we just need John Travolta to make a guest appearance, and that's made my year!
