Good service, good prices and fast delivery, which ticks all the boxes from an online store.

Got the equipment I needed at a good price and delivered super fast. The only thing I would suggest is better integration between the shop and paypal, so that an store account is created if you don't already have one, as otherwise you cant see what is going on with the order until you get the dispatch email.
I bought a Stihl hedge trimmer, and I could see that it had been tested when I opened the packaging, which is good to know. Thanks guys :)
