I ordered some business cards from flyerzone after being referred to by a friend who commented on the great prices.
A few days after the delivery was due to arrive, I called flyerzone to find out why I had not recoved it. Flyerzone did some digging and identfied that the package was at the DHL sorting office (huh...??). Why it was not delivered is beyond me...!!! Why I was not informed of any delivery issues is beyond me...!!! All other parcels due to me those few days had arrived without hiccup, many being significantly larger than a pack of buiness cards. I then had to arrange to drive to the DHL sorting office myself (petrol eexpenses on top of calling the premuim number)
Also, on opening the package, the business cards are 90% lighter than the specification provided and thus markedly different from my other business stationery, I'm unsure why flyerzone are so different from the other printers I've used.... is it a compromise on the low prices?
With my business just starting up, keeping overheads low is key, but I now have to spend more money re-printing the cards!! :o( :o( :o( lesson learnt.
