I have been trying to use MyHermes for parcel deliveries now for about 6 months - and I have had nothing but problems. They are, unfortunately, far too long and difficult to explain in this review - but suffice to say, despite me giving them chance after chance, they get no better! Annoyingly, when things go wrong, as seems to be almost every delivery, their 'Customer Service' is non-existent. EG: I have spent more money today on phone calls to try and track down a valuable missing parcel, it has now cost me almost as much as posting the parcel itself. They now have told me that CAN'T deliver my parcel at all, and that I will be getting the parcel returned to me - 10 days after I 'posted' it! Their online 'web chat' and automated help services DO NOT WORK; they do not reply to emails, so you are FORCED to phone them - AT 10p PER MINUTE/PART - just to find out the very basic information - god help you if your problem is difficult! I asked if they could call me back (after 15 mins on phone, and asked to wait - AGAIN) - they PROMISED me they would call me back in 5 minutes, no less! Two and a half hours later, still sat by the phone, I was forced again to call THEM back! Had to ring them 7 times today (as I got cut off on 4 occasions, but only after waiting/choosing all the options etc!) about just ONE parcel - which I still have no actual knowledge of it's whereabouts! i GIVE UP HERMES!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER LOST - CHEAPER THAN ROYAL MAIL IS NO GOOD IF YOU DON'T DELIVER!!
