I ordered flowers for Mother's day to be delivered on Sunday. Last week I tried to cancel as my elderly Mother has had a fall and in hospital and they cannot have flowers in hospital, I was hoping to re order for her homecoming. In spite of plenty of notice I was told I could not change the order.
I arranged for someone to have the flowers and collect them on Sunday, to find they were left on her doorstep on SATURDAY.
