Interparcel

fast and reliable

having used several couriers in the past = parcels 2 go, Hermes, etc I have to say that I have had problems with all of them parcels, delayed, missing, returned, the list goes on, cant find address that they have already delivered to no updates and very unfriendly unhelpful and some really ignorant people.
this is the first time I have used this company and will use them from now on they collect when supposed to they deliver when supposed to they update you the delivery details without having to keep phoning as you have to do with the rest.
this is a great delivery company that you can trust to do what you cant trust others to do.and that is simply to deliver your goods.
friendly, easy to work with brilliant service.

Bt abysmal broadband ignorant staff

having a chat about my problem with a BT chat agent was with one of the most ignorant people imaginable, couldn't care less asked to be transfered to another agent he then ignored me completely so I closed the chat and went back on and got another waste of space I asked for a supervisor and was told he would give me a call within 2 hours , 5 hours later called Bt and complained so I received a call from Bt who was speaking Indian , I said excuse me and he hung up, He called again and said that there was a line problem ( but they tell me there is no line problem) he called just as I sat down to tea so I asked him to call back again to go through resetting my channel, 24 hours later no call , despicable service

insured in sixty seconds

I needed to tax my sons car but his insurance had been transferred onto his new car, I felt I needed the car taxed to sell easier, the insurance process was quick easy and done in second so I was able to tax my car no problem excellent service and certainly would use again

Asda

Asda money the pits

I cancelled an agreement with pc world 3rd may 2013, however the money kept coming out of my credit card after disputing this every month I was told to cancel my card and get a new one which would stop the payment, got new card and yes you guessed it another payment taken. try as I could I could not get through to Asda, I was told today that it had been resolved, no it wasn't said another agent, so I have cancelled my card,
I have spent hours on the phone to these people and have ended up paying again for their mistake or I would have had a £22 fee for interest. they really are the pits, thick as two planks and really couldn't care less about customers so I have the final say and that is good riddance.

perfection is the norm, supersonic delivery, caring friendly staff, at a price that is second to none.

I ordered a design that I had made up on the web site, the design department sent me an alternative to my design which was outstanding,
really pleased with this company who really know what they are doing very professional and very nice people to deal with, the sign was delivered very quickly no problems what so ever, I would highly recommend this company.
