well, given led's are fairly new to the market the explanation on dimmable LED's needs to be far far better than it is on this (or frankly any other) websites. You just cannot use dimmable led's with older style dimmer switches. The site states you can use these with "most but not all" dimmer switches. I'd suggest the wording should be "virtually none".
The technical detail is that most older dimmer switches are "leading edge" dimmers. Generally they need a minimum of 40w or sometimes 25 w to make them work. My light fitting with 5*40w bulbs was fine, but replace with 5* 3w LED Bulbs - doesn't work! You need "trailing edge" dimmers for LEDS (but even then you need a minimum load of 10w) These are more expensive generally and whilest you might have one, most houses will have the cheaper type.
This should be made clear to people rather than leaving them to find out the hard way :-(
Cannot fault the service, I was slightly cautious as some of their reviews are terrible, however the price was excellent, so I thought it was worth a try.
Their service was excellent and my washing machine was delivered and in place within 20 hours of being ordered, and in fact was delivered on a Saturday which was excellent. All communication was impeccable, they called to tell me when it was going to be delivered and the driver also called to say he was 30 minutes away.
