nice service wrong product

Having taken delivery of my order I am dismayed to find that the mach4 datawrite discs that I ordered were not in the boxes but the delivery was ordinary datawrite discs and not the discs as stated on the invoice mach 4. The mach 4 discs are superior to the ordinary general purpose and are normally cheaper than mach 4. i will not be returning the order as i am out of discs but rest assured i am not pleased with this service

Hi Mr Terence,

You did not contact us at all about this issue.

We have emailed you a few times since review with no response.

The red disks we sent are the new packaging and there is only one type of datawrite red on the market, there are no good ones or bad ones they are all the same.
