Overclockers UK, it's an internet gem. I've been trading with them since 2007 and have never experienced a problem, my orders are delivered timely and packaged well ( Recently, they have even started including little packages of sweets, in with your order ).
The reason I'm writing this review is because last week my motherboard broke :( ,I was going to have to RMA it and until now, I had not RMA'ed a product. So, I called overclockers and explained my problem and was given the instructions on the phone and again by email. In fact, I would receive about 6 emails throughout the process, keeping me well informed, I knew exactly what was going on and the best part was still to come.
I expected to be waiting around 3-4 weeks before the RMA process would be complete but I waited just 6 days. That includes, at least one day in which they couldn't have done anything because my board was still in transit.
Also, the range and quantity of stock they hold is very good and current. They always have the latest and greatest hardware for me to buy :)
If I had to say a bad word about overclockers, it would be that before 2009 (estimate) the company used citylink for deliveries. I had one or two problems with those guys but overclockers must have got just as fed up with them as I did because currently they use DPD ( never had any problems ).
Simply an Excellent Experience, would urge people to give them a go, you will not be disappointed.
