RLE worked reasonably well, however not perfect and I still need reading glasses which they wanted me to pay an extra £300.

The whole experience was reasonably hassle free, despite 3 trips to London. At first they said I could get varifocal lenses, however this was later changed to single vision lenses due to my right eye. The price then changed, lower, however I had to go to Cambridge and ask them to adjust the price, as I believe they would have just charged the varifocal price for the cheaper option!
The RLE exchange operation was painless and nothing to be worried about and the staff at the clinic very professional and pleasant.
I was told that I would just need cheap of the shelf reading glasses after treatment, this turned out to be untrue. I ended up needing varifocals as cheap reading glasses were a pain as I needed one pair for reading and another pair for computer work. My distance vision could also be improved with reading glasses for which they wanted me to pay an extra £300! I then insisted they give me a prescription and got 2 pairs for half the price elsewhere.
My vision is much better, but not perfect in low light conditions I get "halos" if I look at bright lights. You need to ask the right questions and be a bit less trusting than I was about the expected improvements in vision.

Redsaunas

Customer service is a joke!!!!!!

Ordered first sauna wouldn't fit in house. Ordered second sauna in January waited 6 weeks, nothing. Phoned up, waiting for paperwork. Week later paperwork arrives, apparently. Sauna will be here next week, 10 days later can't get in touch with them!
It took me 2 months to get the money back for first sauna, should have stopped there!
Will buy nothing else from them. Maybe I will never get the sauna?
