Ordered some flowers for my mother-in-law, just after ordering some flowers for my own Mum from Interflora. The Serenata effort produced a wonderful bouquet (seen via Skype on Mothering Sunday). Interflora failed to deliver; website tracking said "out for delivery". It turned out that the florist had decided not to bother (at all!). Apparently I'll get a full refund and a complimentary bouquet. Not really the point though. Replacement (and future deliveries) ordered through Serenata!
