Four frames I sent out on the same day arrived completely dismantles and broken beyond repair, despite me adding foam corners to the frames and then wrapping them in many layers of bubble wrap as well as applying fragile tape to the outside of the parcel bag. Emailed three times, no response. Attempted to use the customer service phone line many times over a number of days, no answer. Finally got a reply through the use of there Facebook page, which might I add I am not the first to file a complaint or bad review, only to be told I could not claim for the items as they contained glass, however, they did not contain glass! They were solid frames made from MDF board with a clear perspex sheet substituted for glass. No glass was involved in these deliveries whatsoever! I made this very clear to the woman I was speaking to but now, surprise surprise, I have not had any response, despite me offering to forward an email from my supplier with a description of the frames I use and what they are made from and statements from the customers I sent the frames out to. One massive scam if you ask me.
