Solopress

Needed very careful proofing - but a nice product and good service

Good website that caught my eye and all was quite simple. They were comfortable to deal with and always responded quickly. However there were quite a few errors at the proofing stage that presented a serious risk of ordering 500 cards with spelling mistakes. The end product was very nice and I am very happy with the cards, the packaging and the speed of delivery. However I would advise to be very careful when reviewing your proofs and get a colleague to help spot errors as if you agree with proof it is your responsibility. I would return as hopefully this was an off day.

Whilst we do require customers to thoroughly check their proofs, we do not request this due to an expectation of error on our part. This request is solely to ensure your artwork is exactly how you envisioned.

Please accept our sincere apologies with regards to the spelling error from our designer. This has been feed back to him and his team to ensure they are more vigilant in regards to this matter. We can assure you this is not usual practice and we have faith these problems will not happen again.
