When our oven broke down last week, we decided to get a new one rather than call out the engineers. As you do, we chose to get one from Argos and duly ordered it. What a mistake that was. The information about the oven delivery was very vague and the next day rather than confirmation of order I got an e-mail telling me the item was out of stock and that my money would be refunded. Never again! My wife recalled a friend telling her about 365electrical, so we thought we would give it a go. Every step of the way the service was exemplary. We got next day delivery, and that it was delivered at 8.15am on Saturday morning. You could not ask for better service. Well done, keep it up. We will be back for more in the future.
