I placed an order for a fire engine bed approx eight months ago, recently a part has broken but it's under warranty so I did not worry, I called world stores and after waiting on the phone for nearly 20 mins I was told they do not stock bed anymore. I then went on there website and found that they did, I called back and after another 20 min wait (on a premium rate number) I was told sorry and one will be sent ASAP, the delivery day came but no bed turnt up, I called back and yes after another 20 min wait on the phone I was told again they do not stock them. I then decided to go on the worldstores site and buy another exact bed which I did, funny because I was told on numerous occasions that they did not stock it anymore, anyway I called them up on the day of the delivery for the new bed and yes after another 20 min wait on the premium rate number I asked for a refund I was told that a full refund would happen and sorry for the fact I was lied to and that I had to go through all this just to get a replacement part, I have just checked my account and surprise surprise there is no refund been issued, I am on the phone as I write this and so far I've been on hold for 27 mins, stay clear of this company they have great products but if they go wrong there costumer service is the worst I've ever came across and there staff are incompetent, I will never use again
