Parcels lost or destroyed, when you call to complain they could not care less.

I would have written this review on the Myhermes site, however when you score less that full marks the site crashes...

I used Myhermes for about 3 months, to begin with to be fair they were not that bad. However I started to receive complaints from customers that the parcels were basically destroyed, contents damaged etc. Some were so damaged I had to refund in the whole order leaving me out of pocket by a few hundred pounds. The compensation or insurance they sell you is a joke. Their policy is 28 working days (two months) before they even look at a claim and they make it as difficult as possible to make a successful claim. No one in their customer service department know what day it is let alone how to help you. I asked while on the phone 'why should I keep using Myhermes if this is the kind of service you provide?' The response was 'do what you like'?!?

They are the slowest courier in the UK, minimum of 5 days and that's if your lucky. They are cheap but they are cheap for a reason, they cost you much more in the long run through smashing up your parcels and giving you a bad name to your buyers. I now have bad feedback on my otherwise perfect customer score on amazon and ebay because I was stupid enough to use Myhermes.
