A delivery arranged for my work address, made months in advance of the delivery, was completely botched. At great inconvenience to me and my co-workers, disrupting multiple plans, I am forced to work at home tomorrow. This is something basic that should go right the first time. Since this is my first time using Viagogo, I can report a 100% disappointing experience.

Also worth pointing out after a fairly fruitless conversation with customer service -- don't call them, they'll call you, as all you'll get is an automated phone number with no "real person" option -- I got the customer service rep to promise a call back from a manager to explain the cock-up. No call yet. I'm waiting.
