my daughter ordered me a bouquet of flowers for mothers day which i have STILL not received but they have taken the money from her bank for them.. i am appalled and disgusted as she has sent numerous email with no reply and the telephone line is constantly engaged.. i am absolutely gutted at the fact she has lost £35 because of this pathetic company.. will be contacting watchdog and also the bank to see if she can do anything about it.
