The thumb splint was perfect for my "skier's thumb" and stopped me constantly knocking it. The courier delivered while I was out on a Friday and frustratingly I couldn't get hold of anyone to arrange to pick it up...the only option was redelivery the following Monday. I called Physioroom and customer service was great. They couldn't arrange a quicker redelivery but at least offered me free return if I no longer needed the product on Monday.
Would use Physioroom again - but would prefer different courier.
