You need to deliver yourself some honesty.

I stayed up all day, (had a late night) waiting for this package, watched it go everywhere(online) and decided to come to me LAST. Then I notice my hour gap, and the online indicator says that I am next... finally! I so go downstairs and wait, but nope. *sorry we missed you* message on my online tracking, NO YOU DIDNT, you didnt even leave a card.. knock on the door.. you weren't even visible anywhere to my house.. (yet the online indicator showed you very closeby)

So I guess you got lazy and decided not to deliver it?

So I go back up and sleep and reschule it for a PICKUP from a depot because I don't trust you!

So I go there with one form of ID (the guy on phone said I needed just one) I travel one hour to get there.. and they say I need photo ID and proof of adress and cant use them both as one (my drivers license) so i head back.. another hour wasted.. grab my id and bank statement.. and head back to their depot which is in the middle of nowhere.. and finally receive my package

Stupid experience, lots of lies and not professional at all.

I wish I could avoid it but I have no idea why some companies use you as a courier 31st out of 41 companies says ALOT.

And no bobby, I know what you're going to say.. copy and paste me the same message you did to everyone uhh contact our social media email.. NO, that won't help and take back whats already happened. And no your "sorry" message you don't even type out doesn't mean anything either.

I have another package from DPD coming in AGAIN (today) and I will leave another review regarding how that one goes.

I totally appreciate your frustrations. I'm really sorry that you had to collect from the depot in this instance, and for any inconvenience that was caused as a result.

If you do encounter any issues with today's delivery, please drop a note to with your phone number, parcel number and a brief synopsis.
