I booked and paid over £300 12 MONTHS AGO through Viagogo to see One Direction on 16/03/2013 at Manchester.This was a 13th birthday present for my daughter and her 3 friends.I understood from Viagogo that tickets can arrive close to the event however what i find very unsatisfactory is the total lack of information you receive from the company. I actually managed to get through to a customer assistant on Sat as I was becoming very concerned having still not received the ticketsThe assistant was extremely vague but assured me she would follow our tickets up and assured me I would be able to speak to somebody in person on Monday 11/03.I have phoned Viagogo 8 times since monday and sent an email and have only received an automated response stating the seller has still not sent on my tickets.i have a hotel booked in Manchester on Saturday night and have to make arrangements with my daughters friends parents who are expecting their children to spend Saturday night with my family in Manchester.I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed i am with Viagogos customer service ,this lack of information is spoiling the whole experience and instead of spending this week looking forward to a great weekend I am spending it extremely anxious and wishing i had booked through somewhere else.Anybody out there thinking of booking tickets bear this in mind.My transaction ID is 2055889
