Failed to provide product as advertised on past 3 occasions and refused refund. All responses are often lies with priority stock given to stores at the expense to customers who preordered months ago. They are always willing to take your money but honoring the order is secondary.
They went under once, here is hoping to it happening a second time.

Normaly a 5 star rating however this time with the very limited Tomb Raider Survival Edition on the PC is arrived ina oversized box that allowed alot of bouncing which resulted in a large dent ontop of metal case that damaged inside items. Only saving gace from a 3 star is due to the item being a ship wrecked item with artificial dents so the real one doesnt stand out so much.
