Mattress Next Day

Delivery on time but product not fit and no response to emails.

Product arrived during the time slot that was paid for. Correct product but it never sprung into correct position after wrapping. I emailed to rectify the situation but to this day have never received a response. This is very poor customer service. I understand that they cannot ensure every product is 100%, but to ignore a customer is out of order.
