Parcel2go have always been really useful for us a small business. Cheaper than the Royal Mail, and if you need to you can actually speak to someone who knows what they're on about and genuinely seem to care. I had an issue booking a sameday collection online today. Catherine on the livechat help was great, quick and a real pleasure, sorted me out in no time at all. Loads easier and quicker than having to trek to the post office or deal with the couriers direct. Brialliant!
