elos me IPL epilator

I bought it end of January
Complete rubbish!!!!
Does not have any effect at all!Is far too expensive.
I am about to ask for a refund as I did not expect any effect.
All people who have given a wow feedback,must be workers for me elos,as I was using it constantly and the is no effect!
