Great value products but if you need to return anything, then getting the items refunded is virtually impossible. Firstly they say they havent received items (luckily I had a copy of signature) When I send this through they agree they have received them, and refund passed through to accounts team to process. They can't advise you how long this is likely to take but 4 weeks later and I am still waiting. If you chase them regarding it they say they cant tell you anything but they will email you once its been dealt with.
