I purchased a North Face Jacket in September and unfortunately kept it for a Christmas present. In February the RHS pocket zip broke which meant it was out of warranty. I contacted Webtogs Helpdesk and they advised me that the warranty was out but if I sent it back they would forward it to North Face for them to assess. Webtogs emailed me throughout to keep me informed and within a 4 week period I had received my coat back repaired.
WELL DONE WEBTOGS. We are finally getting some customer service in England!!!
