Very good service. Cheaper than Steam, but they still give Steam keys.
I have heard that they sometimes 'run out' of games for a couple of days, with preorders of very popular games, so perhaps be careful if you preorder something you want to play immediately upon release.
I've had no problems, however. I did get charged twice when PayPal went haywire, but the customer service was fast, clear, and very very good - I got a refund swiftly.

I bought a Dino PC a year ago . When it first arrived there were problems - it wouldn't work for more than a minute. This was due to a faulty piece of hardware.
HOWEVER, after carefully and clearly guiding me through the steps required to eliminate the other possibilities, they arranged to have it collected and repaired (for free, it was still under warranty, after all). It was returned to me, in full working order, speedily.
I am writing this review a year later because my computer again experienced problems (NOT THEIR FAULT - a RAM chip had just come loose or had dust in it, something that happens to all computers). Again, they were very helpful, sent me an email with a step-by-step guide to solving the problem and, when I called for clarification, guided me carefully and clearly over the phone.
The first problem could have just been bad luck, the second wasn't their fault at all - and each time I have had fantastic customer service.
I am more than happy with them - and felt I should write this as a way to express my satisfaction (after all, it's normally only angry people who write reviews!).
