Ordered and paid 10-TEN chairs in August 2012. Promised delivery in December 2012. Did not arrive. I contacted Infurn and wanted my money back. Then Infurn/[Name] informed me that the delivery was postponed to January 2013. No chairs and postponed again - untill summer 2013 this time, [Name](customerservice) said. I wanted my money back. I would get it, [Name] said. After 30 days. Strickt rules. But the time has passed, no money. This week, [Name] said(customerservice). Absolutely. But now its next week. Still no money. After mails and mails, calls and calls from [Name], [Name] and [Name] nothing has happened. I am reporting Infurn to Forbrukerrådet and the POLICE today.
After the above message Infurn got back to me just now. Maybe [Name] keeps her promise and I get my money tomorrow? I will keep you posted.
