Quick and painless

We have just booked a week in Istanbul and the booking was informative quick and painless with a confirmation email arriving within 2 minutes. We used this site to book accommodation on our trip to South America last year and it was really helpful.
Small gripe - we use TripIt to log our trip which then links into my iPhone and iPod. It would be really helpful if the confirmation email was compatible to TripIt so I don't have to manually complete the paperwork (& avoid typo's)
Otherwise - great site
