Optical Express

Initially good. but very poor after care.

It seemed as if they got my money and no longer cared. I had the initial follow up, the day after, the week after, and a month after... but my promised check up 3 months after.. then 6 months after were not mentioned again. It has now been a year and I have had no contact from them.
I initially was really impressed but ever since my last appointment I have felt very disapointed. On my last appointment I was given the incorrect drops and there was a fire alarm in the mall of which was ignored... only to find everyone else in the mall had been evacuated.
