I've been very impressed by the laser correction process - very quick and easy. But you do tend to feel like you're on a production line. My left eye doesn't seem quite right and the response is "it'll get better". I don't think Vision express quite get how important people's eyesight is to them and how much they worry about what may be something trivial.
My advice would be to make more follow up contact and be really thorough in following up on any concerns. I would recommend Vision Express for laser eye surgery but I think they could be better.
