I posted my phone and made my payment the same day, requesting the express service so I would get my phone back as quickly as possible. I heard nothing from the company for 3 weeks, despite sending 4 emails and leaving a number of answerphone messages. Upon threatening legal action I received my phone back, but still no refund so I am out of pocket £75 plus delivery charges. I am reporting this company to trading standards unless I get my refund. I would never recommend this company, instead I will in future only use a company who take payment by credit card so that you are protected.
Update 5/4/13. After more pestering, and still no communication from Rotten Apples, I finally received a cheque with my refund, which has now cleared.
