Economical, easy to purchase and superb customer service

I placed the order on-line which was easy to do. I ordered the tyres predicted by the system as normal for the vehicle without double checking the actual tyres myself, which was my fault. Later when I actually checked I realised the mistake and called customer service who answered promptly and arranged for the correct tyres to be delivered even though the erroneous ones had already been shipped. The correct tyres were fitted at the originally arranged time with no delay or extra charge. Full marks to Black Circles. Surrealy, when I found the documentation from the previous tyres they had been supplied by Black Circles and fitted by the exact same garage exactly 3 years ago to the day even though ordered by someone else - spooky eh!
