As I type this I am 21 minutes into holding for a customer service representative. The automated system initially said that I was caller number 3 and estimated my wait time to be 10 minutes. As I moved down in the queue, my wait time started to go up. So not happy, considering that the first time I called, they picked up the phone and hung up. I have been first in line for the past 5 minutes and the time is still going up. I ordered on Monday morning and my order still has not shipped... never again!
