The fundamental issue with hungryhouse is that it just isn't as good as just-eat! The choice, the ordering process, the discounts, the speed, the fees, the customer service. Worst of all, however, is that to keep restaurants on side, you won't tend to find many negative restaurant reviews (all are moderated prior to posting), which for many, is the basis of their choice. The site gives the impression that restaurants that are truly abysmal may actually be ok, and means genuinely good restaurants (which don't generally receive negative feedback) aren't viewed in as positive a light as they should be. If, however, I choose to use just-eat and find someone has ordered a mouldy pizza, it will be there for all to see. Transparency is key, but the only thing transparent about hungryhouse is that sales trump all else. The customer isn't king.
