No furniture - No response - No money NOW UPDATED!

I ordered 6 pcs of eames chairs the 13th of july 2012. After extremely long waiting time I was informed that my chairs was damaged in a container in spain during delivery. This meant that Infurn had to reorder the delivery which for me meant another 18 weeks of waiting time. I said no to this and said yes to get a full refund, (after 34 weeks).

I haven't heard anything from Infurn since the 1th of february 2013. They havn't answered my last two mails, I cant get any phone number and I havn't received my full refund!

I recommend all to keep away from buying anything from this company. If it really isn't a scam the company really need some administrative help!

The day after i wrote this review I received a call from Infurn UK. I was promished to get my full refund on my bank account in two working days. To my surprise yesterday I received my full refund as promised.

I have checked your order and understand the Customer Service Team informed you on 1st February the reimbursement date for your refund. The refund has been actioned, please confirm with your credit card provider this is indeed the case.
