The Worst Delivery Experience Ive ever had
1st experience was lovely. delivery time courtesy text it was delivered on time brilliant. When I required some slatwall for a new premises I called up rather than order online to speak to someone to ensure all instructions/requirements were met . At this point all was lovely no problems. Spoke to staff who agreed the Driver to contact me an hour before so I could have someone available to move from the street into my shop. This didn't happen and from there it went from bad service from delivery to jeremy beadle surreal. I've now been left with huge embarrassment, a huge amount of time wasted and a financial loss as the shop opening has now been delayed and as a sole trader this has serious repercussions. If asked honestly I would NEVER EVER use this firm again. I must say a Credit refund was granted from this company immediately so on that front there are no complaints

The delivery company was prepared to return at a later, more suitable time today to deliver the Slatwall Panels. From our conversations we understand that this was not an option. Hence, we have refunded your order in full this afternoon.
