I ordered the Roses & Lillies bouquet for Mothers Day to be delivered on that day.Not only were they delivered 2 days early but the alleged "bouquet" comprised of just 3 Roses(both of which died yesterday) & 2 lillies & some greenery.
My mother was understandably disappointed so I tried to complain to Iflorist to no avail...The Online chat is always offline.They won't answer the phone & certainly didn't reply to my many Emails.In the end I wrote to [Name] as he had put his good name to this outfit.I have had a reply asking for my Order No; so I shall await with interest!
In short my advice would be to leave this lot well alone!
