Terrible quality, ill fitting and bad customer service.

Having spent a long time choosing a suit fabric and going through measuring process I was extreme dissatisfied with my suit. The measurements were wrong and The fabric was so stiff it could stand up on its own. I thought this might be starch so i had it dry cleaned and carried out the adjustments. It was still a disaster.

I wanted my money back but after months of emails was to I could only get a replacement suit but word not be refunded the money I spent on adjustments or postage for returning.

I decided to try again and chose a different fabric. Again what arrived was not suitable. The waistcoat it so tight it cannot be worn and the jacket is too short.

Having contacted customer service I have been told I will not get a refund and thank you for my understanding!

A terrible service. I would not recommend and would urge others to go to a tailor in person.

Please note that we give our customers the possibility to order fabric samples so that they can see and touch the fabric before ordering.

We have not received any complaints regarding this fabric from other customers before. We would like to mention that all our conditions are displayed clearly on our site so that our customers can read our guarantee policy before purchasing garments on our site.
