Frustrating that the website offered delivery advice to the effect that if you want to leave special instructions such as 'leave in porch/round back etc' then do so. I did this, and booked the plumber for the next day, only to get home to find a card from Royal Mail saying that the package had to be signed for. Therefore had to cancel plumber and wasted the next day off work. Geyser didn't seem to know that this was the delivery criteria. Radiator is fine, but not sure I want to use a company that doesn't seem to know what's going on. Plumber wasn't too happy either.
