My dad was after a new PC and I decided to look on Dino PC as I have recommended them to friends in the past and know they are good. I chose a suitable one for my dad bearing in mind I had a few parts to install myself. The computer arrived on time within 1 week of order and this is where we made a mistake. We did not test it to see if it worked and jumped in to install our parts. Once finished we came across the problem of no display on the monitor. Knowing a fair bit about the topic myself I had a go at resolving the issue with no luck and I decided to stop messing about and send them an email. I received a call the next saying as you're close pop in to our office and we will resolve the issue. We arrived the next day and the person I spoke to on the phone prior, got straight on the job of resolving the issue. He was extremely fast and managed to the solve the problem in no time and even installed the hardware for us. I won't name the member of staff due to respecting their privacy but they were top draw and extremely helpful. My dad now has a long overdue upgraded PC and he is enjoying and will hopefully enjoy it for years to come. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone as my experience has been a pleasant one.
