Ordered goods on 09/11/10 online. Email received confirming item will be sent within 5-10 days. But nothing received after 14 days, have ignored my emails and calling the "premium line Customer services" telephone number (that's a nice little earner at 10p per minute!) doesn't get a personal response. I will now consider instructing my credit card co. to stop payment as, having now read previous appalling customer reviews along similar lines, it would appear that this Co. is worthy of investigation by Trading Standards.
