Terrible Service - No Communication, Updates or Information

I ordered a shipment from Topman (in the UK) on March 3rd. I paid an extra $30 for faster, tracked international shipping that guaranteed I would get my package by March 8th. The package shipped March 5th, and the DPD online tracking said it was clearing through customs and was expected to arrive March 11th. It is now March 13th and there is no sign of it, the tracking just says "Your parcel has arrived at the local delivery depot" as of the 11th with no info on an exact location besides that it is in the United States. I need my package to arrive by Friday (which is still a week late) before I leave the country. I wish I could get some sort of update on when my package is going to arrive, but I have nothing. Very disappointed, I hope I receive it before I leave..

Hi Sam,

I do apologise for the delays. According to our tracking system, the parcel arrived in the US on March 7 and has since been subject to numerous Customs related delays (which are unfortunately beyond our control).

Please be assured that I have raised this with our international customer services team, and have asked them to a) establish when the parcel is due for delivery and b) to contact you to supply an update.
