Horrible horrible borrible

I have a package picked up from UK on 4 March 2013.
The package arrived in Singapore on 7 March 2013.
Now, 1 week later, I have not received it.

The delivery address is clearly an office address (in CBD area). Any reputable local courier service should be able to recognize the address.
So pardon me, if I find it unbelievelable that they try to deliver the package first at 1940 & another time at 2106.
I will forgive you for the first attempt, but there on you should know that it is an office hence delivery NEED TO BE DONE DURING OFFICE HOURS.

No message was left behind with the receptionist, no calls were made to me and no local number is available on dpd website. How am I suppose to arrange for a delivery at the correct time?
I have emailed dpd 24 hours ago & have not received any reply.

Please, if anyone from dpd is monitoring this feedback...do something about it.
There are so many bad reviews about deliveries to Singapore, maybe it's time for you to find another local forwarder here.
And also, please find a way to deliver my package! My niece's birthday has come and gone, but she has not gotten her present coz it's stuck with dpd!

Thanks for getting in touch - I'm sorry if you have been inconvenienced in any way.

According to our tracking details, our delivery partner in Singapore did make an attempt to deliver on a couple of occasions. I will raise your concerns, namely that you feel there was no delivery attempts, with our international customer services team.

I have just checked, and seen that the parcel was delivered and signed for today - is everything okay?
