I ordered 2 cards in the same transaction but wasn't happy that I had to pay 2 lots of postage, even though both cards were being sent back to me. Also, they forgot to put an envelope in for 1 of the cards.
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service. Our system works by enabling customers to be flexible with their orders. On each card you are not only able to select the different addresses but also different despatch dates. Therefore the system is set up to apply a postage cost to each card. You should have been able to view these costs in the shopping basket and I apologise if this was not clear.
Also I have checked your order and one card had been selected as deliver back to the customer and the other card had been selected to be delivered back to recipient and your address selected in here. We only enclose an extra envelope when deliver to customer is selected. I have however forwarded an extra envelope out to your home address and hope you can still use it.
