Interparcel offered the cheapest quote for my package from Yorkshire to Northern Ireland. Parcel picked up as arranged and arrived in good condition and in scheduled time. Tracking went well until the weekend then it all stopped and no updates where available, so over the weekend I was left unsure where my parcel had got to.
But overall a competent and cheap service that I would use again.
On a positive note.
I sent a box of items from England to Northern Ireland with DHL, they where the cheapest price I found.
They collected the item ON TIME the courier was very helpful- the tracking was very precise and they delivered on schedule?
The biggest surprise was I had used some packets of crisps to pack out the box, when it arrived the box was in perfect condition and the crisps where just like when I had bought them. Credit where its due, thanks DHL you did it right for me.
Phone & broadband problems, they have you phoning Indian call cntr at your expense they wont call you back. A call out to your hse cost£70+ if problem in your property. Instead they try to get you to fix fault by dismantling phone line box in house whilst talking to Indian person?
Later tried to get refund for phone calls and loss of service they not interested.
Tried to leave and bombarded with threats of breach of contract. I finally transferred to other supplier and received £130+ demand from debt agency when I only owed them £21.
I offered to go to county court see what the court would say, they dropped the case.
Type of conduct you would expect from a third world company.

They agreed to pick up and deliver a item for me in July.2011.
Paid them all monies they requested..
Item never collected they ignore all my communications.
Have requested full refund they ignore me.
Try phoning them 01614084999. when they don't answer you, indicates whats to come.
In the real world its called theft, spoke with police they suggest, Trading standards & small claims court. Ongoing.
Update I finally received my refund, no explanation or apology. Cowboys.
Itema ordered and payed for, after no delivery or contact from trueshopping I contacted them to enquire about my order. I was informed "items not in stock and they would not be replacing same"
Why did they not contact me earlier? The items I ordered where to comlete a job I was doing. I ended up waiting unecessarily when I could have sourced items elswhere.
It would have been interesting to see when they would have let me know? or would they have just kept my money?
Got full refund.
